CEPF Member Estonian Private Forest Union / Eesti Erametsaliit hold its annual meeting in Tartu on 18 April 2024. They kindly invited CEPF Secretary General Fanny-Pomme Langue to contribute to the discussion.
During this meeting, Fanny-Pomme Langue introduced CEPF, its activities and explained to national delegates how CEPF advocates for the rights of forest owners in Brussels, as well as ongoing priority policy files and main messages.
This was the opportunity for Estonian delegates to understand better the importance of forest owners participating to decision-making processes at the European level. It was also a chance for CEPF to hear direct and concrete feedbacks from forest owners from the ground regarding EU forest-related developments.
CEPF would like to thank again Eesti Erametsaliit for this kind invitation. It is always a pleasure and a learning experience to visit members and exchange with their own members.
